Fluorescent Lamps 101

in

Understanding the basics of fluorescent lamps guarantees that you'll select the most appropriate fluorescent lighting, maximize lamp life, and dispose of spent lamps correctly.

A fluorescent lamp or fluorescent tube is a gas-discharge lamp that uses electricity to excite mercury vapor in argon or neon gas, resulting in a plasma that produces short-wave ultraviolet light. This light then causes a phosphor to fluoresce, producing visible light.

Vendor classification in Netsuite

The relationship that Maintenance Essentials has with different Vendors varies.

Currently in Netsuite Vendors are all classified the same way. But Vendors can be further classified according to their relationship with us. e.g. Officeworks is different to Security Power... Where Officeworks typically provide us with products we consume internally as compared to Security Power where we may provide us with a subcontracted service on behalf of our clients.
