Maintenance Essentials has engaged the services of an online survey company to conduct a periodic feedback and satisfaction surveys.
These confidential surveys are designed to monitor satisfaction, performance and identify methods and practices to improve the experience and service delivery provided by Maintenance Essentials. Surveys should only take about two minutes to complete.
The outcomes from the survey are used to benchmark ourselves against our purpose and culture statements.
In addition, we also learn new ideas and develop opportunities from the feedback received.
