IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR MAINTENANCE ESSENTIALS
PROVIDES IMPROVED BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION & ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS

March 14, 2007 - We are very excited to announce that commencing April 2007 we will commence using a new computerised business administration, accounting and customer relationship management system. The new system has gone from concept to planning, development and trial over the last 2 years.

For most of our employees, customers, partners and suppliers, we expect the differences will be obvious through slight changes in the presentation of invoices, statements and purchase orders, etc. Behind the scenes however there has been significant development in work-flow and integration between systems.

It is anticipated that the new system will integrate a number of existing business functions and provide us with scalability while maintaining consistency and improve quality of service.

While every precaution has been taken and we have double and triple checked most things, we expect there may be things that slip through the net.

Customers, Partners & Suppliers may also lodge a ‘support form’ in the event that an issue arises as a direct result of the migration. Please complete the form with details of your enquiry and fax it directly to Jamie so we may promptly address your needs.

The new system also includes many advanced features that will be progressively ‘rolled out’ through our online Customer, Partner and Supplier Centres. Notification of roll outs will be provided with details of our training and support for these systems, which will be provided via a secure online portal accessible via the http://testedgroup.com web site.
