Pest and Building Inspection

I am going to buy a home in Australia and I need complete pre-purchase pest and building inspection. Some one has helped me in this regard by giving this pre-purchase building inspection checklist but I want to know that should I check this all by my own or I should hire a professional building inspector?

@inspectionangel, Your home is your most valuable asset, unless your experienced or qualified, then perhaps engaging the services of a professional building practitioner might be wise.

A competent building practitioner who is experienced in carrying out inspections will most likely work from a checklist and draw on their professional training to identify issues the average person will miss.

While I can't vouch for any one provider of pre-purchase inspections, you might like to try Archicentre, who have offices across Australia;
