The Australian Fire Authorities Council (AFAC) has assembled The Unwanted False Alarm Reduction Committee which is a sub-committee of the Urban Operational Services Group that represents many of the Australian and New Zealand fire authorities. The group has developed a business plan to address and resolve issues relating unwanted false alarms.
