NSJN1 - Raise a Job Number

  1. Open a saved Case in Edit Mode
    1. Immediately after Raising a Case, the default form display is the saved Case in View mode. Click on the Edit button to open the Case in Edit Mode, OR
    2. Follow Steps 1-5 in Raise a Case. Then click on the Edit button next to the relevant Case.
  2. Change Case Status to Approved
  3. Save the form. You will return to the Customer form in View mode.
  4. Click on the Case No. which displays the Case in View mode.
  5. A Job No. is now created. It corresponds directly to the initiating Case No. E.g. C7218 (Case No.) initiates JC7218 (Job No.)
