  1. When creating ABA files why is there no alert to say that this customer has no banking details recorded
  2. Bank Reconciliation. If you perform a bank rec to a given date and there are carried forward outstanding items why do we have to back date to pick them up
  3. The GST reports are sub standard. Why isn't there standard reports on codes and summary reports
  4. Custom field called Trading Name, and cannot Global Search on it
  5. Basic reporting knowledge. Too many of us are struggling with building accurate reports
  6. Cannot produce a report to show which customers have ABN numbers and those that dont
  7. Global searches - can we get this facility to search on all fields, and not just some. Also why doesnt it search on everything in some fields e.g item codes
  8. Date defaults. Why doesn't the system always default to todays date when you run a report or enter a screen for the first time.
  9. Customer profitability reporting. No standard reports at Job Level, Customer level etc.
  10. The search facility at the customer level. Why is there no option just to view invoices, purchase orders or open items independently in isolation
  11. Date blocks. Information in many areas when you drill down displays information in date blocks which have to be opened up to view then go back to the menu and open up the next block. Why can't we just have the system set up to hit an enter or request key to go forward or back to the next block of information [Customer Transaction Search: Results]
  12. Can we produce a report for items paid with a total on the bottom and if we produce more than one batch of payments in a day how can we separate the reports for each batch
  13. Customer history. Can this be defaulted to show the latest information and not the oldest.
  14. Why is it that when we drill down on a report and then go back to the report it always goes back to the top of the report instead of where you were so you can continue
  15. Why if we select the highest name in a customer hierarchy that we cannot see all the transactions for that customer but if we select this in Accept Customer Payments we can
  16. Why does the inventory count reduce when an estimate is created
  17. Can we record the site address on an invoice in its own field without using the site address field down the bottom
  18. Is it possible to have a close Job/Case tick box on the create Invoice screen to close them at the same time we are invoicing
  19. When creating a case. Why can't the contact and phone number be free form text to record the callers details. Instead of in the comments area
  20. Classes and departments. Reports are coming up with too many showing no class. I believe there is a conflict between class being recorded on the item and in the transaction
  21. Having a hierarchy of vendors (may be an enhancement query)
  22. Partial receipts on a purchase order can this be changed to have flexibility to use either quantity, percentage or items
  23. Difficulty locating correct 'filters' to produce custom reports e.g. JT with Purchase Orders
